FARHYM accepts a project management as a scientific process and main
structure of production with the optimal production process that includes
pre-design, design, product development, monitoring and production sections.
The project management worth with the combination of customer oriented concept is
taken as a strategic target of FARHYM, for this reason FARHYM gives crucial
importance to the evaluation and inverse-re-evaluation of the production process.
With related to this, in FARHYM, firstly the production process starts
with a montage and a colour selection under intensive monitoring
and customer contact. By taking prototype from designed parts of
Stereolitography Technology (STL format), the moulding process begins with
the support of CAD/CAM software; finally the CNC milling operation
takes place after the moulded prototype.
In all steps of production process, FARHYM focus carefully on the application
of standards and deviations; for this reason FARHYM develops a monitoring
and control mechanism for production process. On the process,
FARHYM accepts the criteria and standards for pre-design, design,
monitoring, production and evaluation as a strategic base and apply
them with the consideration of total quality, customer orientation and expectations.
