For the automotive industry, it was very pleasant to come together at the Busworld Istanbul organization after a long time. On behalf of Farhym, we have left behind the exhibition where participation and interaction are at a high level. We are already looking forward to the 2023 Busworld Belgium.

During an event organized by the German-Turkish Chamber of Commerce with the Central Bank Governor Prof. Dr. Kavcioglu, cross-sectoral topics regarding the future monetary and financial policy activities of the Central Bank were discussed. Bülent Akgöl attended the event as a representative of German industry.

Representatives of German investors met with Turkish Trade Minister Mehmet Muş at the Turkish Embassy in Berlin, and the focus was on optimizing trade relations.

German investors and their managing directors visited the Turkish Minister of Finance Lütfi Elvan. In particular, new investment opportunities across all sectors as well as incentives of the Turkish government were discussed.

The President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey Mr. Rıfat Hisarcıklıoğlu, Deputy Minister for Trade Mrs. Gonca Yılmaz Batur, Deputy Minister for Education Mr. Reha Denemeç And german company representatives had business dinner regarding German-Turkish challenges.

Federal Minister of Economics Peter Altmaier visited Turkey with an 80 member business delegation to further expand and promote economic relations with Turkey. The first meeting of a joint economic and trade commission was also scheduled.

Minister Altmaier used the occasion to visit the company Farhym as a first stop in Ankara.

During an event organized by the German Chamber of Foreign Trade, CEO, Bülent Akgöl, met the Turkish Minister of Finance, Berat Albayrak, for a business dinner.

The German Foreign Trade Chamber organized a business dinner with Egemen Bağış, Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator of the Republic of Turkey 2011-2013.

On August 21, Bülent Akgöl, CEO Farhym, met Turkish Industry Minister Mustafa Varank to discuss German-Turkish economic relations. This business event was organized by the German Foreign Trade Chamber .

Farhym presented innovations for bus manufacturers from around the world at Busworld, which took place in Brussels.

The German Chamber of Foreign Trade in Istanbul (AHK) as well as the Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Ankara (KAS) have organized the 2nd German-Turkish Economic Dialogue. Selected representatives from business, politics, etc. including Dr. Ulrich Nussbaum, State Secretary of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy and Reha Demenec, Deputy Minister of the Turkish Ministry of National Education met in Villa la Collina, Como, Italy and discussed relevant issues that affecting the German-Turkish economic relations. CEO of Farhym, Bülent Akgöl, was invited to the business dialogue as a speaker.

The German Embassy organized the 17th Turkish-German Economy Day in Bursa on 15-16 April 2019 in collaboration with Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BMTSO).

On the invitation of Bülent Akgöl, CEO of Farhym, Dr. Ing. Martin Wansleben, Managing Director of the German Union of Chambers of Industry and Commerce (DIHK) visited the company Farhym in Ankara on the 7th of March 2019 and was personally informed about the experiences of a German supplier in Turkey. He was accompanied by Dr. Thilo Pahl, Managing Director of the German Foreign Trade Chamber in Turkey (AHK).

Farhym was invited to the Quality Supplier Day at MAN Ankara. Topics relating the improvement of the cooperation between MAN and the suppliers were discussed during this event in Ankara.

As a partner of the AHK, Farhym supported the 25th anniversary event on 21.06.2019 as a sponsor.

The air ducts and luggage racks of the TEMSA bus (type Marathon), which were produced for the Fenerbahçe Men's Basketball Team, were specially designed by Farhym.

Our customer MAN is now the official bus partner for the German Football Association with the new team buses.

Through various activities, the motivation of female employees shall be increased and the number of female employees of the company increased annually.

We participated in the 1st Career Summit of the Tarsus University and presented our work experience and developments in the sector to the students.

On January 31, 2018, year-end celebration took place. Bülent Akgöl CEO Farhym thanked the all employees for the services provided in 2018 and also informed employees about the upcoming 2019 goals.

Farhym Otomotiv San. Tic. Ltd. Şti, Ankara, Türkiye signs a letter of intent with the Polish company Picars Sp. Z o.o. Sp. K., Starachowice, Polska for renting a storage area in Poland.

We are proud to announce the completion of our new paint booth.

The new paint shop in our plant in Ankara has two paint booths that can be operated independently of each other, and also be combined to a common booth with a total area of 56m2 in order to realize large-scale orders.

The „ColumBus“ e-bus – bearing all innovations of eBus-Cluster Concept development project – will presented first time on INNOTRANS 2018 (18. – 21.09.2018). At demonstration runs of „ColumBus“ on „Demonstration Course“ of „INNOTRANS Bus Displays“ visitors can experience the innovative approach of eBus-Cluster Concepts and inform themselves on individual solutions of the partners.

Bülent Akgöl is the CEO of Farhym Oto. San. Tic. Ltd. Şti starting from the 19th of February 2018.

Given its strategic objective of growth, Hymer-Leichtmetallbau GmbH & Co. KG has taken over an additional 50 percent of the shares of Farhym.
