The 2nd German-Turkish Dialogue, organized by Konrad Adenauer Stiftung Ankara (KAS) and the German Chamber of Commerce Istanbul (AHK), took place at Villa la Collina in Como, Italy, with distinguished guests from politics, economy, and academia, such as Dr. Ulrich Nussbaum, State Secretary at the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy, and Reha Denemeç, Deputy Minister of National Education. Farhym CEO Bülent Akgöl was also invited to the dialogue where issues affecting German-Turkish economic relations were discussed.

Positive Report for the e-bus Concept Cluster in International Omnibusspiegel
Farhym provides lightweight panel cladding for ceilings and side walls, along with an integrated lighting system for the e-bus vehicle. The concept also includes a new Farhym handrail system made of weight-optimized aluminum profiles and plastic connection parts.

We Are Proud to Announce the Establishment of Our New Paint Shop
Two paint booths have been installed in our production facility in Ankara. They can be operated completely independently or used as a single 100 m² paint shop, specifically for painting large materials. The newly established production area includes a new sanding room with two sanding tables, office space, and its own quality control area. We aim not only to increase maximum part sizes but also to offer our customers high-level painting services. Established according to European Standards (EN12215 and EN 13355), the paint shop represents the state of the art. The paint shop is of Lutro (Stuttgart/Germany) origin and was installed by the company with support from experts from Germany.

“ColumBus” is being presented to the public for the first time as part of INNOTRANS (Sept 18–21, 2018) in Berlin. This electric bus is the innovation platform for the eBus-Cluster Concept development project. In this platform, Farhym and numerous renowned companies are working on the common goal of "preparing electric buses for the future." Visitors can "experience" the success of the eBus-Cluster Concept during demonstration drives of “ColumBus” at the INNOTRANS Bus Display. ColumBus integrates many concepts that increase energy efficiency, comfort, and safety, ranging from an innovative heat pump and PCM heat panels to innovative interior and exterior design.
